Abstract
Es wird über eine Patientin mit Bourneville-Pringle-Syndrom mit Situs inversus completus, beiderseitiger Doppelniere, rezidivierendem Spontanpneumothorax bei Lungenzystenbildung und Periostauflagerungen an Metacarpalia und Metatarsalia berichtet. Zwei von zehn Geschwistern leiden an der gleichen Erkrankung; ein erkrankter Bruder verstarb in noch jugendlichem Alter im Status epilepticus. A case in a woman of Bourneville-Pringle syndrome (tuberose sclerosis) associated with complete situs inversus, bilateral double kidney, recurrent spontaneous pneumothorax, lung cysts and periosteal depositions on metacarpals and metatarsals is reported. Two out of ten siblings have the same disease: one brother who had it died in adolescence in status epilepticus.
