Abstract
Three cases of pityriasis rosea in Chinese children are presented. Using polymerase chain reaction for detection of human herpesvirus 7 (HHV‐7) DNA in plasma and peripheral blood lymphocytes, we find no evidence of active HHV‐7 infection.Keywords
