Abstract
Block-DCT based information embedding methods introduce distinctive non-stationarities into the stego-image. In particular, the difference between neighboring pixel intensities in one block and across two blocks have different distributions. A universal binary hypothesis test is then proposed to discriminate between stego-images and unmarked images. Keywords
