Abstract
Two types of coronary artery grafts are possible: the implantation of the mammary artery on a coronary artery or an autogenous or homogenous graft placed between the subclavian artery and a coronary artery. The most difficult aspect of the operation is the anastomosis of the graft to the coronary artery; for this a special inox tube is used. More than 100 grafts have been carried out and their value is proved by the disappearance of the signs of ischemia in the ecg, by coronary angiography. Precise documentation is given on the good results of these grafts.
