Abstract
Prostitution will remain a crime in this country, and in other countries which criminalise it, so long as there is no identifiable voting bloc that clamours for change in the law… Prostitutes get scapegoated for AIDS and few people cry out. Prostitutes are murdered and the police tell no-one until ten or more have been killed by one person. And even then there is little outcry in the square world…Keywords
