Abstract
The case of a young woman with MCTD [mixed connective tissue disease] who died of gastrointestinal bleeding due to fibrinoid necrosis of blood vessels of the small and large intestine is presented. This appears to be the 1st recorded occurrence of such findings in MCTD.This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
