Abstract
A 29‐year‐old man presented with acute glomerulonephritis five weeks following completion of combined chemotherapy (bleomycin‐vinblastine) and abdominal radiation for testicular carcinoma. There was no evidence for a postinfectious cause or a systemic collagen disorder. The renal biopsy showed changes consistent with radiation nephritis. The combined radiation and chemotherapy may have, by additive or synergistic action, caused the early appearance of radiation nephritis. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
