Abstract
The Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization has re‐elected Mr Walter Binaghi as its President, for the three years until the convening of the new Council which will be elected by the 1971 Session of the I.C.A.O. Assembly. Mr Binaghi, who came to I.C.A.O. as Alternative Representative of Argentina, was first elected President in 1957. This is his fifth term of office.
