Abstract
The incidence of cytotoxic antibodies in relation to abortion histories was analyzed in sera from 474 nulliparous pregnant women. In patients with previous spontaneous abortions, there is a higher incidence of positive sera than in primigravidae. Patients with 2 or more prior abortions show a greater incidence of cytotoxic activity in their sera than women who have had only 1 abortion. This publication has 15 references indexed in Scilit:
