Abstract
The significance of new polarization data for Regge exchange models is extracted and correlated with dips and bumps in recent measurements. A semiquantitative description of the data through the entire region is presented. As a byproduct, we extrapolate the polarization and differential cross section into the region , where there are no data yet.
