Abstract
By bombardment, two neutrons have been introduced into Rh and Co nuclei according to reactions and , with half-lives of 35 hours and 1.75 hours, respectively. The mechanism appears to be an Oppenheimer-Phillips process with . The results are interpreted in the light of the di-neutron (). It is believed that may exist under the physical conditions of the experiments reported.
