Abstract
The reaction has been studied in the range keV in order to determine the properties of the excited states in . Approximately 100 resonances due to this reaction were identified and located in proton energy to an accuracy of ±2 keV. Singles spectra were obtained at each of the resonances at keV using a large-volume Ge(Li) detector. These spectra were used to derive consistent -ray decay schemes and accurate level energies for the resonant and bound states of . A new level in at 4.455 MeV was found. In addition, new results or results significantly different from earlier reports were obtained for the decay properties of most levels below 4 MeV in . We also obtained a new value of MeV for the reaction. The resonance strengths were measured relative to the known strength of the -keV resonance in the reaction.
