Abstract
Serum and biliary tract levels of gentamicin were determined in a large series of patients. In only 17.7% of subjects were therapeutic serum levels achieved, even though recommended doses of gentamicin were administered. Therapeutic bile gentamicin levels were reached in only some of the patients with therapeutic serum levels. Keywords
