Abstract
The problem of wavelength measurement for large numbers of lines on photographic plates and methods used for its solution are discussed. A description is given of the apparatus for cathode ray tube presentation of the spectra. Standard Ferranti fringe counter equipment was used with a Hilger measuring microscope and a Creed reperforator to record the results on tape for subsequent calculation by electronic computers. Keywords
