Abstract
Microarrays are one of several technologies that allow for measurement the expression of thousands of genes simultaneously. This technological advance provides a challenge for the analysis of these data. In this review we discuss these analytical issues from the initial quality control to normalization, differential expression, clustering and finally functional pathway analysis. We focus on Affymetrix data but many of the issues are the same for other array platforms. Keywords
