Abstract
The synthesis of phosphonic acid analogues of L-α-(distearoyl)cephalin and L-α-(dimyristoyl)cephalin is described. They were obtained by phosphonylating D-α,β-distearin and D-α,β-dimyristin with 2-phthalimidoethylphosphonic acid monochloride and triethylamine, and removing the protective phthaloyl group of distearoyl and dimyristoyl L-α-glyceryl-(2-phthalimidoethyl)phosphonate by hydrazinolysis. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
