Abstract
A family has been described in which in three generations deformed (flapped) ears, pre-auricular pits and pre-auricular appendages occur. Conductive deafness may be an accompanying feature. The importance of the knowledge of this syndrome in connection with genetic counselling and detecting deafness at an early stage of life has been stressed. Keywords
