Abstract
Vitamin B12 deficiency was associated with a rise in unconjugated folates and marked depletion of intracellular conjugated folates. The changes could be reversed by giving vitamin B12. These results probably indicate a way by which vitamin B12 and folic acid are interrelated at the cellular level. Keywords
