Abstract
A simple system for producing cumulative chemical pathology reports is described. Results of tests are transcribed onto the patient's laboratory record card and each time a new result is entered a copy is made by xerography and returned to the clinician as the laboratory report. A detailed account is given of the operation of the system and the design of the record card. The advantages of the system are enumerated and various problems that have been encountered are discussed. Keywords
