Abstract
By means of contour integrals involving arbitrary analytic functions, general solutions of the zero‐rest‐mass field equations in flat space‐time can be generated for each spin. If the contour surrounds only a simple (respectively, low‐order) pole of the function, the resulting field is null (respectively, algebraically special). Keywords
