Abstract
The 10-V Josephson junction array has been developed at ETL. The array with 20144 junctions aligned on 4 branches of strip line generates quantized voltage steps up to 13.8 V under millimeter-wave irradiation of 90 mW and 94 GHz.<>Keywords
