Abstract
A 6.9-kilobase region of the Escherichia coli F plasmid containing the 3' half of the traD gene and the entire traI gene (encodes the TraI protein, DNA helicase I and TraI, a polypeptide arising from an internal in-frame translational start in traI) has been sequenced. A previously unidentified open reading frame (tentatively trbH) lies between traD and traI.This publication has 26 references indexed in Scilit:
