Abstract
A 12 yr old boy developed a 4th nerve palsy during the course of pseudotumor cerebrisyndrome. False or nonlocalizing signs [ophthalmic] that occur during the course of intracranial disease are briefly reviewed. The rarity of a 4th nerve palsy as a false localizing sign is pointed out. A number of subtle 4th nerve palsies probably go unnoticed; the true incidence of false localizing 4th nerve palsies may be higher. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
