Abstract
The first patient, a 60-year-old Negro, with widespread cutaneous, visceral and osseous metastases received an excellent remission for 21 months. The second patient, a 50-year-old White, with pulmonary and osseous lesions also received an excellent remission and has continued to work for 3 years. It is suggested that adrenalectomy may be of value in the treatment of the male patient with metastatic carcinoma of the breast. Keywords
