Abstract
The molar susceptibilities of a number of alkali salts of organic acids have been examined and a linear relation between the molar susceptibility and the number of electrons in the cation has been found. This behavior is similar to that of the group two elements discussed previously and enables one to extend the tabulation of ionic susceptibilities by the authors' graphical method. Keywords
