Application of a New Chemically Bonded, Superficially Porous Anion-Exchange Packing to Nucleotide Analysis

Abstract
Recent improvements in the speed and efficiency of LC separations have been due primarily to the development of improved packing materials. This paper describes a new chemically bonded, superficially porous ion-exchange packing that offers significant performance advantages over materials previously described in the literature. A systematic approach to nucleotide analysis using this anion-exchange packing is presented.
