Abstract

Many design techniques have been developed in recent years to facilitate the design process. At Grimman we have combined several of these methods to maximize our derived benefits and provide a continuity between tools in the conceptual and requirements definition phases. Our approach has become a rigorous computerized system that includes a design technique, a documentation language and a graphics display of the model. The system has been named the Integrated Modeling Program (IMP).
