Abstract
Continuing the study of marine algae (v. ibid. 7: 167. 1953), aqueous extracts were shown to contain pteroyl-triglutamic acid, N10-formyl-pteroic acid, N10-formyl-folic acid, folinic acid, folic acid, thymidine, and at least 3 unidentified factors. Chicken pancreas homogenate released other factors but is unreliable since it converts known factors into others. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
