Abstract
A few of the mainly physiological differences between men and women relevant to industrial work are examined. At an early age boys excel in activities requiring force of speed, while girls outperform boys in motor tasks requiring precision and accuracy. How differences in muscle strength and age affect strength capacity are considered in handling and lifting loads. Other differences considered include joing mobility, color blindness, hearing acuity and psychological factors.
