Abstract
Extremely regular periodic peaks in device current, capacitance, and intersubband photocurrent are observed in a multiple‐quantum‐well structure in which the period is a coupled double well. Hysteresis is displayed in all the measurements with respect to the scan direction of the applied voltage. A phenomenological model is used to explain the observed results. The complexity of charge transport in such a system where high‐ and low‐field domains are formed is also discussed. This publication has 23 references indexed in Scilit:
