Abstract
The characteristics of a continuously evacuated transmission anode flash X-ray tube have been studied in the voltage range 250 kV-600 kV. Tube current, dose, pulse length and spatial distribution of the emitted radition were studied. Typical values of the dose 0.5 m from the exit window and the pulse length are 115 mR and 20 ns respectively. Keywords
