Abstract

Differential cross-sections for Ar*(3p5 4s, 3P 0,2) on Ar(3p6, 1S0) collisions at thermal energies have been measured in a crossed beam experiment, by a time-of-flight technique. The angular dependence of the scattered intensity and the velocity dependence of the differential cross-section in the backward scattering direction are given
