Abstract
A classification of quadrature formulae is made according to their stability chart characteristics. Methods are described for synthesizing formulae with such characteristics, emphasis being placed upon those methods used for formulae which are applicable in real-time simulation problems. The relations between the stability chart characteristics and computed results are also discussed. Keywords
