Abstract
Data are reported indicating that it is possible to detect the presence of T [testosterone] or DHT [dihydrotestosterone] in [rat] gonadotropic cells at the EM level by using ultracryomicrotomy combined with an immunocytological technique. This method provides a new way for exploring the subcellular localization of steroids or other substances in target cells. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
