Effect of immunosuppression on the incidence of lymphoma formation

Abstract
Since 1969, a high incidence of lymphomas has been reported to be associated with transplantation. This phenomenon has been markedly amplified during the eighties. This article analyzes some of the most contributive references on the topic. The major risk factors are duration of immunosuppression, dosage of immunosuppressive reagents and, most importantly, the number of immunosuppressive agents used either together or sequentially.
