Abstract
The evolution of neurological signs, with special attention to the postural reflexes of infancy, was studied serially during the first year of life with 66 normal infants examined at four to six-week intervals. The infants were well documented as to gestational, obstetrical, and neonatal normality. The evolution of muscle tone, tendon reflexes and special postural responses are discussed, with some of the major conclusions. Keywords
