Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 67-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of progressive weakness of the legs.Ten years earlier, after a fall, x-ray films of the pelvis showed Paget's disease. The patient was free of symptoms until six years before admission, when he noticed a mass in the right buttock that slowly enlarged; pain developed in the mass and radiated down both legs to the knees.
