Abstract
Weak developed turbulence in the framework of both scalar and vector nonlinear Schrödinger equations is considered. It corresponds to waves with a quadratic dispersion law ωk=ω0+βk2 and with a zero scaling exponent of the interaction coefficient. The consideration thus embraces the turbulence of envelopes (usually referred to as optical turbulence) as well as Langmuir turbulence in nonisothermal plasma and other examples. Steady spectra of turbulence are shown to be close to Kolmogorov‐like cascade spectra with the fluxes of energy and wave action. Keywords
