Ventricular Dilatation in Neurofibromatosis

Abstract
Human cases (22) of neurofibromatosis were studied by cerebral computed tomography. Ventricular dilatation was observed in 32-45% of the cases depending on the level in which the ventricular size was measured. The data indicate that ventricular dilatation is a common finding in neurofibromatosis. The possible causes of this relatively unknown feature are discussed.
