Abstract
Only one specific‐heat anomaly was found in DyFeO3 in the range 1.2°–80°K, although two magnetic transitions have been reported in the literature. This λ‐type anomaly at TN = 3.7°K is attributed to a magnetic ordering of the Dy3+ spin system. The magnetic and lattice contribution to the specific heat have been separated, finding θD = 390°±7°K.This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
