Abstract
Superficial chemosurgery is not a panacea for facial wrinkling, but it does have its rightful place as a legitimate modality, provided that its hazards and limitations are properly understood. Primarily, in my opinion, it is a means of enhancing and supplementing the results obtainable with dermabrasion in treating aging, wrinkled, and sun-damaged skin.
