Abstract
The expression of Ig on the membrane of peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with contact dermatitis was investigated using a sensitive rosette technique. The proportion of such cells is increased compared to normal values. The absolute values obtained are much lower than has been reported previously. The re-evaluation of Ig expression is discussed against a background of improved methodology and the finding that individual lymphocytes may express more than 1 isotype. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
