Abstract
Thirty patients scheduled for routine eye surgery were randomly allocated to receive either diazepam 0.2 mg/kg or ascorbic acid 100 mg orally 90 minutes pre-operatively in a double-blind fashion. Diazepam caused no significant change in intra-ocular pressure.Keywords
