Abstract
Low results for increase of reducing power of maltose solns. on takadiastase hydrolysis are due to bacterial contamination when toluene is used as antiseptic. By aseptic technique full increase of reducing power of 110% is obtained. Thymol is recommended as a more efficient antiseptic.This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
