Abstract
The importance is stressed of good writing addressing schemes for FLC displays, which together with speed are the key parameters for the applications. On these basis various bipolar and unipolar modes are compared. The bipolar modes are the best for the writing margins while the unipolar ones are the best for writing speed.Keywords
