Abstract

Cupressinoxylon jurassica* (p. 92), from the Barosaurus horizon (Upper Como). This is the oldest species to be referred with certainty to Cupressinoxylon. A strictly modern conifer type, in all respects, is indicated. Co-type in Paleobotanical Lab., Yale Univ.
