Abstract
Low titer antibodies to dsRNA were detected in an antiserum prepared to the cytoplasmic polyhedrosis virus from Bombyx mori. At antiserum dilutions between 1:320 and 1:20,480, more than 90% of intact virus particles were bound when tested by radioimmunoassay. At a dilutionn of 1:1,280, the virus antiserum had a high affinity for intact virus but did not cross-react with dsRNA. These conditions would be suitable for testing specific serological cross-reactions between viruses of this type. Keywords
