Abstract
As the popularity for seafood in the United States continues to grow, information about consumer patterns of fishery products will be valuable to the seafood industry. This research provides awn-price, cross-price, income and household size elasticities of specific fresh and fresh frozen shellfish and finfish products for at-home consumption.
