Abstract
Decrease of the same magnitude in glomerular filtration rate (inulin) and renal plasma flow (PAH) occurred in normal subjects and those with orthostatic proteinuria on change from the supine position to erect lordosis. The rate of protein excretion in orthostatic proteinuria was not related to the degree of hemodynamic alteration. Keywords
