Abstract
Anionic aluminates or the type [MexAl(CH2PMe2)4 –x]– were synthesized and shown to co-ordinate to a Li+ ion; according to an X-ray structure determination [Me2Al(CH2PMe2)2Li(Me2NCH2CH2NMe2)] contains a six-membered Al(C–P)2Li heterocycle.Keywords
